We got a chance to enjoy two turkey dinners this holiday. First we celebrated with Mike's family. The next day we ate at my brother's house. Now we have to focus on getting this extra ten pounds off!

Thanksgiving Feast

I got a chance to visit Bailey and attend her Thanksgiving Feast with her at preschool. All of the kids were supposed to bring their favorite food to share with others. These kids had their plates loaded with homemade pumpkin pie, macaroni & cheese, nuggets and fries, cute turkey shaped treats, and more. What did my kid bring? She wanted the same thing as last year. Breakfast bars! I just love my low-maintenance sweetie!!!

Bailey and I....well, mostly me... made pinecone turkeys today for arts and crafts. Let's just say felt does not like glue. Ha! But we did have fun.

Mike and I got a chance to watch the Thrashers win their 5th straight win in a row. And from a suite no less!!!!

First Trip to the Dentist

Bailey had an excellent check up at the dentist today. It was her first visit and she wasn't a bit scared. She loved the bubblegum flavored paste and she didn't mind Mr. Thirsty (the suction tool). Ms. Robin even let her spit in the sink. She has been practicing that all week!

Bailey took her last ballet class for the fall with Ms. Addie on Saturday. She loves practicing her dance moves at home. If she isn't tiptoeing, she is twirling about.

Alpharetta Fair

Mike took Bailey on a surprise visit to a fair tonight. I hear they are having tons of fun. Here are the pics he sent.

Zoo Atlanta 2008

Bailey and I took off for a girl's day outing at the zoo. The weather was perfect and not too many folks out. She liked the train, merry-go-round, and playground the best.

So things didn't go as I had hoped this year. It was actually pretty painful to watch. Thank goodness Christy had tons of good food to distract me. So instead of dwelling on the game, I would like to thank our gracious hostess with the mostest for the great time we had. And as you can see, Christy, I did post the picture. You never said how big it had to be though! Ha! Till next year...........

Halloween 2008

3 parties in one day...this was a crazy Halloween! Bailey had a class party at her preschool. Then another one at Ms. Dawn's. The final was a pizza party for our subdivision. We even got a chance to go to Trunk or Treat at the church. She had a pretty good stash at the end of the night. Looks like I will have to step up as a mom and help her out with all those goodies.
